Jon aims to recognise the unique nature of each person’s problems, and address what is troubling for each person in the context of his or her life experience. He tailors the length of therapy to what each person would like and what is effective, given the problems to be worked on. He believes that therapy can be used to produce a different way of thinking about one’s problems and life, which might lead to a resolution of some problems and/or a different way of relating to others and the world.
